Have you noticed changes in your mood? Difficulties in relationships that were once healthy? Are you ready for change or to try something new? I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress, relational issues, immigration, challenges faced by parents, and working professionals.

My approach combines systemic and solutions focused therapy to create a supportive and healing environment. I believe in the power of collaboration and aim to empower my clients on their journey toward personal growth and emotional well-being. Together, we will work to identify goals, explore challenges, and develop strategies for a more fulfilling life.

As a first-generation Latina bilingual therapist I am dedicated to supporting my community through mental health services for individuals, couples and families. I emphasize the importance of bilingual communication, ensuring that language is never a barrier to healing.
